R&D Warranty Engineer

• Field return part analysis and updating the RED box according to Valeo warranty part analysis procedure and QRQC requirements.
• Interface with OEM R&D, Quality, service teams, Dealers and End users to support warranty concerns and collect field data.
• Present warranty status, lead technical discussions with customers, define warranty liability and obtain agreement on liability percentages.
• Perform statistical analysis of customer warranty data, identify risks and present findings on quality and cost.
• Communicate customer feedback and field analysis results to cross‑functional teams and drive solutions.
• Collect field data using SW applications and support SW/HW testing.
