Job DescriptionThe Validation Manager is responsible to synchronize and track all test activities in a project based on an overall test planning.This role ensures a single test plan for the project includes the test strategy for the complete project, and maintains a project test schedule that is permanently synchronized with discipline test schedules.The overall test process – including DV and PV – is monitored, and inconsistencies or deviations from the planning are escalated to the Project Manager.QualificationsKnowledge of test methods, techniques and tools.Skills to estimate tasks or perform risk management.Knowledge of the defined test processes.Understanding of Segment product center products and systems.Understanding of the customers' and users' needs and problems.Capability to analyze technical problems.Capability to take initiative.Creativity.Test report generation and technical reviewer.Generation and tracking of KPIs.Knowledge of IATF *****.
