Facilitate formulation/technology transfer to do lab trial and pilot plant scale.New/local raw material source evaluationPrepare sample with new formulating recipe to support global and China product release with timescale as requiredFollow appropriate processes and maintain technical records to a high standardCustomer investigation report with improved solutionRegular communication with Region R&D department, eg. gather data at field trials and transfer case study experience from local market requirement.Perform laboratory analysis and report counter-measures or recommendationsAccording to the environmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleaguesQualifications:
