R&D Specialist

Responsibilities: Develop, evaluate, and optimize treatment and handling processes for existing, new, and unknown waste streams, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Design and implement resource recovery processes from waste streams to enhance sustainability and value creation. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand waste sources, identify treatment and recovery opportunities, support commercialization, and execute pilot trials. Identify, assess, and implement new technologies and processes, including collaboration with external partners (universities, research institutes, and technology providers). Establish and continuously improve laboratory capabilities, including process development and analytical methods to support R&D activities.
