Position Overview

To set standard qualifications and establish major function of R&D Specialist II under Research and Development Department and to create guidelines to Human Resource Department during pooling of candidates for the position needed.

Responsibilities

• New Product Development/ Product Improvement/ Reformulation
• Conduct laboratory scale run and/or batch trial runs experiment of the formulation/s provided by Technical Manager and/or R&D Head.
• Monitors actual batch trial runs on the assigned new product development or reformulation.
• Monitors stability testing of products under developmental stage (Freeze Thaw Freeze Test, pH Monitoring, Sensory Evaluation and Microbiological Testing).
