Position challenges

As an R&D Specialist, you will play a key role in the development of new products, working closely with our HQ R&D team. Your responsibilities will include supporting drawing and structural design, performance testing, and collaborating with local suppliers. You will also be tasked with monitoring product development, preparing technical reports, and driving improvements within the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product development from concept to launch.
• Collaborate on drawings, structural design and performance testing.
• Work closely with suppliers to develop and improve product parts.
• Lead technical meetings and prepare detailed reports.
• Solve factory and field issues, monitor KPIs (FFR, defect rates) and drive improvement projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and tracking for new and existing models.
