Insight Global is seeking an R&D Sourcing Specialist. This individual will play a critical role in supporting research and development initiatives by leading strategic sourcing efforts from early concept through prototype validation. The ideal candidate will partner closely with engineers, evaluate and develop suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure materials and components meet cost, quality, and innovation standards.

Must‑Haves:
 • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
 • 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
 • Strong understanding of engineering materials, components, manufacturing processes, and R&D technical language
 • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
 • Experience leading sourcing projects from concept through prototype validation
