As an R&D project manager apprentice, you will develop luxury makeup for Gucci and Burberry Beauty, gaining hands-on experience in an innovative and international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our R&D Project Management Apprentice, your main focus is product development, coordination, and innovation.
You will support the R&D team in managing the development of innovative luxury makeup products, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, and brand standards.
Your main focus:
Coordinate product development with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met.
Support shade extensions and limited editions development.
Support base business on reformulation projects.
Follow up on stability and claims tests in collaboration with labs.
