R&D Project Leader

**You are responsible for**
+ Planning, organizing and managing project resources and staff to deliver products and services per the contract
+ Forming and leading the project team from all related functions that include R&D, Research, Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial to deliver project success on time and on target.
+ Organizing and communicating project and product requirements between groups, teams, stakeholders and management. Ensuring requirements are clearly defined, translated, executed and delivered in the project
+ Responsible for KPIs projections, tracking, and reporting for assigned initiatives
+ Reporting project status regularly to key stakeholders and obtaining stakeholders’ approvals for completing each key milestone and major plan changes with discipline
