R&D Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Materials Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Master's degree or postgraduate units in a relevant discipline is an advantage.

• Licensed Civil Engineer (CE) or Licensed Architect (RA) registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is preferred.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering research, materials testing, or a related technical role within the Philippine construction industry.

• Experience working with government infrastructure projects (e.g., DPWH, PPP Projects) is an advantage.

• Knowledge in Philippine construction codes, ASTM/ISO testing standards, and relevant DWH and DOST specifications.

• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling), AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
