Job Description
Taking the helm and overseeing the start of each project assigned to the module.Locating possibilities for process and product innovation and advancement.Beginning and organizing short- to medium-term technological exploration projects.Working efficiently on a project with a cross-functional project team that includes representatives from marketing, manufacturing, outsourcing, finance, quality assurance, and regulatory bodies.Developing and improving scientific knowledge.Supporting the Director of SUGBU R&D with the implementation and forecasting of the budget.Serving as a skill-development coach and mentor for the module staff.Promoting cooperation among all the R&D Technologies Group's directors, chemists, and lab technicians....
