A leading SAAS company located in Jerusalem seeking for a strong R&D Manager.employee compensation and pension management product domain that will lead the overall product development roadmap end-to-end.Overall responsibilities
Work closely with the company business leads as-well as various customers in order to provide purpose clarity and focus to the R&D team members with respect to the incoming business needs, priorities and effort assessments.
Lead and facilitate technical / architecture design and discussions.
Oversee the execution and adapt to on-going changes of the R&D software program releases under tight budget, scope and timeline constraints.
