The R&D Lab Technician supports product development by compounding formulas for internal testing and customer projects while ensuring strict adherence to established procedures and quality standards. Responsibilities
+ Compound formulas for internal testing and for customer-specific projects according to established procedures.
+ Perform batch formulation in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and HACCP guidelines.
+ Maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients, chemicals, and laboratory supplies to support ongoing lab activities.
