R&D Lab Technician

Location US-Ohio-Burton Overview To work with and support the development of and technical service efforts. To comply with accredited testing for ISO requirements. Responsibilities Weigh, mix, and cure formulations provided by chemists. Perform efficiently and effectively required physical and aging testing of compounds. Compile and present raw data to designated personnel. Assist with generation of Measurement Uncertainty budgets. Assist in development of work instructions for performed tests. Report and participate in nonconformities and subsequent cause investigation resulting in corrective/preventive actions. Participate in the training of new personnel. Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science or related field, preferred.
