The R&D Lab Technician role assists in developing formulas for new products and interprets and processes analytical data to further optimize formulations across a variety of product categories. This role is scheduled for the afternoon shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation, modification and development of laboratory samples under the guidance of senior chemists given customer requirements according to prescribed standards
• Determines chemical, physical, and organoleptic characteristics
• Performs tests, maintains data, prepares laboratory reports and communicates with Chemists and Managers to ensure product quality
• Prepares batches and/or samples given the desired product requirements
