About the role: The position of Product Development Intern sits comfortably in the Product Development team and the APAC regional headquarters based in Johor Bahru. An incredible diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! And as a Product Development Intern you will be given full responsibility and accountability for a project from the beginning of your placement and you’ll have an opportunity to fully integrate and actually make a difference. You will work on your own research project related to recipe development in dairy and/or black coffee or improving brewing or product quality. In addition, you will be heavily supporting the activities of the team (organizing tastings and analyzing the results, lab scale experiments, recipe development, shelf‑life analysis of some products, factory exposure by supporting trials).
