Job Description

Mission Details

HSEQ Responsibilities and Authorities

Responsible for completing small-scale synthesis experiments assigned by superiors, including the full process operations such as raw material weighing, feeding, temperature control, and stirring.

Strictly follow experimental protocols and safety regulations, accurately record key data such as reaction temperature, time, and ratios, ensuring that experimental records are complete, authentic, and traceable.

Cooperate with R&D requirements to perform formula and process optimization, complete sample preparation, testing, and comparative tests.

Responsible for daily cleaning, maintenance, and simple calibration of experimental equipment to ensure normal operation.

Organize experimental data, write experiment reports, summarize periodically, and complete technical documentation archiving.
