Description
Strategize and develop executable test plan to meet project achievements.
Develop test concepts and test cases based on the product requirements and specification to verify the compliance of product functionalities, performances, qualities and reliabilities.
Execute engineering tests, verification tests, characterizations, cyclic and reliability tests as developed and derived in the test cases.
Co-develop hardware test jig and fixtures with R&D designer and vendors
Lead test result reviews with partner, compile and write test report.
Handle test documentation to meet process compliance and audit need.
Investigate failure, verify issues, drive debug and propose resolution of exciting issues to ensure successful release of products.
Communicate and collaborate with diverse and global teams (PM, Marketing/internal customers, Mechanical engineers, Application engineer, Hardware engineer, Firmware, ...
