Execute R&D technical projects, including formulation development, ingredient functionality assessment, shelf-life study, and process optimization to support new and existing product initiatives.

Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion aligns with customer needs and business targets.

Create and maintain all relevant R&D documentation, including product formulations, manufacturing instructions, technical specifications etc. throughout the project cycle.

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Business Development, Procurement, Production, and QA to support successful project execution.

Provide regular updates to the R&D Manager on project status, including formulation progress, trial results, technical challenges, and adherence to agreed timelines and objectives.
