R&D Executive (Product Development) - Muar, Johor

Job Description

Responsible to pre‑screen new product development form (NPD), the MSDS, quality, Halal compliance, supplier qualification and other specifications of raw materials.

To conduct raw material sourcing, literature study, research and development on products in order to ensure compliance to specifications and regulations, fulfill market and customer needs.

To collate and compile all necessary documentations for new material registration based on QMS requirements.

Responsible in prototyping, sensory evaluation, costing calculation, product analysis, shelf life study and trial run preparation.

Responsible to product dossier preparation.

Design and development of test requirements and any special testing equipment/apparatus to establish product specifications.

Issue amendment notice with the signature of approval from R&D Manager for the amended product formulation/specification.
