R&D Engineer

The MIG Gun Division (Bernard / Tregaskiss) of Miller Electric, an ITW Company, is seeking a driven Research & Development Engineer to join the Tregaskiss engineering team at our Windsor, Ontario facility.

In this onsite role, you’ll be at the core of advancing our automated welding technology—contributing to the design, development, and validation of innovative products that define the future of our portfolio. You’ll work hands‑on in a collaborative environment where curiosity, technical rigor, and continuous improvement drive results. With safety and quality as foundational principles, you’ll support new product development and sustainment initiatives while partnering across functions to bring ideas from concept to reality.
