R&D Director

A leading Internet company in growth is looking for an experienced R&D Director.The R&D Director will be in charge of day-to-day delivery aspects and projects and on improving the quality and capacity of the R&D team.
Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships.
Responsible for the architecture, development and testing aspects of the product.
Deal with high volumes of traffic and big data.
Responsible for work methodologies and tools across all disciplines in the R&D and testing units, setting coding and coding review standards, testing standards, interfaces and hand-over procedures with internal customers, build and release management processes etc.
Responsible for the full lifecycle of the product, from planning through development, testing and to supporting the product in production.
