R&D Assistant

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Assist research scientist to conduct experiment(s) according to respective research and development project starting from lab scale until pilot scale.

• Resin
• CPT
• Wax and Pigment Dispersion
• Other diversified research and development

2.   To check and record all testing result and laboratory work accurately according to the company's specific procedure/ practice.

3.   Instrument handling allowable for lab assistant & research assistant:

• pH meter
• Viscometer
• Moisture analyzer
• Particles Size Analyzer such as CILAS, Microtrac & Topsizer
• Melt flow index machine
• Capillary Flowtester
• Optical Microscope
• CILAS shape analyzer
• Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)

To operate and maintain any lab equipment such as water bath, heater, overhead /magnetic stirrer, Oven, Air dryer, pump & etc.
