**Reporting to:** Finance Controller (based in Japan)

**Summary**

+ Manage overall finance and accounting functions to meet requirements of reporting schedule, accuracy, and compliance with corporate policy and local statutory regulations.
+ Provide financial information to management for effective control over plant-wide operations.
+ Evaluate financial analysis to support management decisions.
+ Lead, develop, and motivate finance team for effectively meeting plant goals.
