Raw Material Planning Manager

Position Overview

The Raw Material Planning Manager will report directly to the Senior European Supply Chain Manager and will play a pivotal role in shaping and deploying the new Supply Chain organization for the Europe region.

This position will lead a team of 8 to 12 Raw Material Planners, responsible for implementing the new Supply Chain operating model across multiple H.B. Fuller manufacturing sites in Europe. As a key driver of transformation, the Raw Material Planning Manager will ensure consistent execution of processes, alignment across plants, and adoption of best‑in‑class planning practices.

In addition to team leadership, the role will spearhead the rollout of new supply chain processes and policies, guaranteeing their effective application across all European H.B. Fuller facilities.
