Raute's Procurement Lead Role

Raute is seeking a Procurement Lead at its Delta, B.C. location to manage procurement and supplier strategies. Execute end-to-end processes while optimizing sourcing costs.
As part of a matrix organization, you will report to the Vice President of Operations and focus on enhancing the supply chain through strategic procurement initiatives. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and operational execution to ensure supplier reliability and cost efficiency in procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete procurement lifecycle and supplier network
• Conduct cost analysis and competitive sourcing
• Manage purchase orders and monitor delivery
• Resolve pricing issues and coordinate RMAs
• Lead procurement reporting and provide oversight
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years in procurement or purchasing
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software
