Rates Trader

Our client, a prominent proprietary trading firm, is looking to hire a Rates Trader to join its growing Fixed-Income and FX Trading team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute trades across a diverse range of fixed income instruments, including government bonds, bond futures, and options in APAC and/or US markets during Asian hours.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of fixed income markets, focusing on bond yields, inflation expectations, central bank policies, and macroeconomic indicators to identify profitable trading opportunities.
• Develop and implement high-conviction trading strategies that leverage market inefficiencies while maintaining optimal risk/reward ratios.
• Utilize proprietary models and quantitative research to inform decision-making and enhance portfolio performance.
• Monitor interest rate curves and macroeconomic developments to dynamically adjust trading positions and strategies.
