Job Id: 911 # of Openings: 1 Rate Lock Desk Analyst (Full Time) - Baton Rouge, LA OVERVIEW The Rate Lock Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting all activities of the Lock Desk including, but not limited to, confirming lock requests, extending, re-pricing, and re-locking loans while adhering to and enforcing the Rate Lock Policy. The Rate Lock Desk Analyst will also assist in the development, pricing, securitizing, and selling of mortgage products to investors and Agency relationships, as well as participate in management report generation and analysis. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare, maintain, and publish daily rate sheets.
