Job Description
The primary responsibility is conducting livestock checkouts for Tribal members, managing livestock on Tribal lands, responding to livestock conflicts, and protecting public safety by removing stray, nuisance, or dangerous horses and livestock from highways and communities. He/she will oversee the operation and maintenance of Tribal corrals, coordinate livestock handling activities, assist producers with livestock-related issues, and work closely with Tribal members. Requirements Additional duties include maintaining fences, developing livestock water systems, operating and maintaining tractors and heavy equipment, assisting with irrigation infrastructure. He/she will help coordinate grazing and agricultural operations and maintain facilities and equipment.
