RAN Automation Engineer

Join our team at a newly established, cutting-edge design lab in Santa Fe, Tijuana, focused on next-generation wireless network automation.

As a RAN Automation Engineer, you’ll become part of a global team delivering advanced, cloud-native, AI-driven solutions to optimize and orchestrate mobile networks. You will work directly on developing and deploying tools and platforms that power the automation of RAN systems for leading telecom operators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mobile network automation efforts through performance monitoring, optimization, and provisioning.
• Work with OSS systems (multi‑vendor), mapping tools, and various databases (MySQL, Vertica, MongoDB).
• Engage in multiband tuning and optimization across technologies and vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung).
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions and technical presentations.
