R&D Executive

• Lead and execute product development projects in a consumer-oriented, materials and manufacturing-driven environment (e.g. processing and converting technologies, coating and functionalization of materials)


• Plan and conduct trials at laboratory, pilot, and industrial scale


• Prepare reports and document R&D activities for senior management


• Foster collaboration between central and cross-regional R&D teams across the organization
  


• Collaborate with R&D teams across different business units


• Build and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders such as research institutes, universities, customers, and suppliers

• Technical engineering or natural sciences on university level


• Several years of experience in a consumer-oriented, materials and manufacturing-driven environment
