As the Ramp Service Manager reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee essential below-the-wing activities. Effectively manage aircraft movement, baggage handling, and operational challenges to boost guest satisfaction and operational metrics. Collaborate with WestJet’s Hub Control Centre and ground service partners for a seamless passenger experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily ramp operations and aircraft loading
• Lead below-the-wing activities to maximize safety and efficiency

• Conduct staff briefings and manage incident investigations
