Ramp Handler (Medellín)

Responsibilities

Ramp/ Air Operations (P&P; and Audits), ULD Handling. Loads and unloads company aircraft and vehicles in a safe manner.

• Audit size and weight of packages and boxes.
• Sort packages.
• Ensure the use of safety equipment and full compliance with FedEx safety policies, procedures, norms, rules, and practices.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and secure manner.
• Picks up, delivers and supports inspection packages on a limited basis and emergency basis as required, freight transfer to the customs warehouse and airlines.
• Scan packages, prepare check list, support documentation handling (DIAN, ICA, INVIMA).
• Support freight in transit, complete control spreadsheets, AWBs and prealerts.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
