**職務内容:**

**Job Description**

+ Oversee aircraft turnaround activities (loading, unloading, fueling, pushback)
+ Ensure on-time departures and arrivals,
+ Enforce ramp safety procedures and aviation regulations

+ Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
+ Supervise ramp agents, equipment operators, and ground crew
+ Train and develop staff on procedures and safety standards
+ Ensure proper use and maintenance of ground support equipment (GSE)
+ Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency
+ Analyze operational data to improve efficiency

**Qualification**

+ Diploma or Bachelor's degree
