Radiology Technologist Assistant - Radiology - Sylvania Emergency Department & Imaging - PRN

**Job Summary:**

The Radiology Tech Assistant supports the needs of the Radiology team with the use of the Radiology Information System, basic computer skills, and excellent communication skills.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Organizes rooms, stocks linen, changes and properly removes linen.
+ Uses two patient identifiers prior to transporting patients to and from Radiology that are not requiring patient monitor or high flow oxygen.
+ Properly operates stretchers, patient beds, and wheelchairs.
+ Reviews daily department schedules in order to work efficiently with the Radiologic team members.
+ Maintains office and medical supplies in all Imaging areas and informs team leader when supplies need to be ordered.
+ Other duties as assigned that are deemed necessary for department operations.

**Education:**

High School Diploma or GED (required)
