GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Radiology Technologist Aide (RTA) is a crucial piece of the Radiology workflow, encompassing multiple areas within the Radiology department. The Radiology Technologist Aide is responsible for the clerical duties within the file room such as answering and directing phone calls appropriately, pushing images as necessary to outside hospitals, organizing necessary patient paperwork, performing PACS exceptions, and more.
