Rad Tech General Imaging

This position is within an Interventional Platform environment. The facility operates as a Level II Trauma Center. There are 5 procedure rooms, including Cath Labs, EP Room, Hybrid Room, and IR Room. The role involves working with adult inpatient and outpatient populations. Intra-procedural tasks are the focus; pre and post-care are not required. Duties include performing diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations, right heart catheterizations, and handling devices such as Impella and balloon pumps. High-risk procedures, STEMI/MI interventions, and closures are part of the responsibilities. For Electrophysiology, responsibilities include managing pacemakers, ablations, and TAVR procedures. In Interventional Radiology, the role includes performing peripheral diagnostics, thrombolysis, and catheter placements among others. The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:1.
