Radiology Front Desk Team Lead

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and will function as the Front Desk Team Lead for Department of Radiology (DT), nursing station clerks, including, but not limited to, creating staffing schedules to ensure all front desk check-in areas are fully staffed, filling in for absences, handling supervisor escalations, and coordinating with technologists/nurses and managing the flow of outpatient procedures. Participates in the employment process to include recruitment, hiring, disciplinary processes and evaluation of employees under purview. Advises staff of errors and coaches them regarding corrections. Composing/updating training material and training new employees. Work closely with EPIC and Radiant representatives on hardware and software issues and suggests system improvements and enhancements to optimize department function, where available.
