Job overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Radiographer to join our team as a Band 7 Radiology Clinical Lead .

This key leadership role supports and shapes the delivery of high‑quality, safe, and effective imaging services. You will provide visible clinical leadership , support operational delivery and maintain a strong focus on patient experience, quality improvement and staff wellbeing.

In addition to day shifts, the role will require on‑call cover for evenings and weekends. The role is based at Royal Bournemouth Hospital with cross‑cover at Poole Hospital.
