Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

The Cardiac Cath Lab has 2 labs and a dedicated staff of 8. The team consists of 4 RNs and 4 techs working day shifts. Night shifts are covered on-call. The unit utilizes GE Innova Fluoroscopy tables and employs Meditech EMR systems. The on-call requirement is 12-15 days per month. Candidates must be within a 30-minute response time for call duty. Typical procedures performed in the unit include Left/Right Heart Cath, Peripheral Angiograms, and Coronary/Peripheral Arthrectomy. Interventional procedures such as ports, permcaths, and embolizations are also carried out. Impella and balloon pump insertions are performed, alongside STEMI and PE thrombectomy treatments. Candidates with EP experience and knowledge of GE Maclab/Cardiolab capabilities are preferred. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be a great teammate.
