**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Radiology Assistant you will be a crucial part of our Imaging Services team, ensuring operational efficiency and delivering excellent patient care. You will support the smooth workflow within our radiology department, contributing directly to a positive patient experience.

Every day you will meticulously check and maintain department wheelchairs and carts, ensuring all patient transport equipment is mechanically sound and clean.

To be successful in this role, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses.

+ Checks department wheelchairs and carts daily assuring both are mechanically sound; immediately reportsequipment defects to supervisor.
+ Cleans transporting equipment after every patient.
+ Insures correct identity of patient before transporting....
