Clinical ladders support enhanced professional development, provide a reward system for excellence in clinical performance, promote high-quality practice, and enhance overall job satisfaction among participants. The clinical ladder provides meaningful opportunities to enhance confidence for healthcare professionals in direct patient care roles. Pay: $27.61 - $41.41 / hour.
