Radiographer - Radiology - Nights

**Full Time (80 hours/pay period)**

**10:00p-8:00a rotation with weekends, holidays, and on call**

**General Summary**

Performs routine diagnostic, technical and/or special radiographic procedures at a general skill level.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Performs radiographic examinations, obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns.
+ Performs diagnostic procedures in one of the following specialty areas at a beginner level: operating room procedures (includes overhead, fluoroscopic and C-arm procedures), complex portables, or trauma procedures.
+ Schedules cases to coordinate with other patient examinations.
+ Positions and transfers patients safely and comfortably and explains basic procedure.
+ Immobilizes patients as necessary and practices radiation safety procedures
+ Properly processes images using digital technology
