Radiographer, Per Diem, AMG Ortho - New Providence

AMG Orthopedics is looking for a per diem Radiographer to provide coverage in the New Providence and Clark locations.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
+ Performs diagnostic radiologic procedures according to departmental protocols.
+ Reviews each requisition prior to the examination to ensure all pertinent information is available.
+ Obtains and records all required medical history from patient.
+ Prepares and positions patients for each required view.
+ Performs radiologic examination with a high standard of accuracy.


Minimum Education:
+ Graduate of an ARRT approved Radiological Technology program required


Minimum Experience:
+ Experience in Orthopedics and familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred.


Licenses/Certifications:
+ NJ State License and ARRT certification required
+ Must maintain valid certification by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR
