Responsibilities

• Work as an advisor in the Social and Housing section, focusing on social services, integration, and housing‑social work.
• Handle complaints, conduct supervision, and provide guidance and training to municipalities and NAV offices.
• Apply and convey applicable regulations, evaluate professional and administrative issues, and maintain dialogue with municipalities, service users, and partners.
• Carry out independent case handling and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in discussions, knowledge sharing, and development activities within the professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level or higher in social sciences, law, health, or related fields.
• Experience working within the social services area of NAV.
• Experience in public case handling and applying regulatory frameworks.
