Radar/Optics Engineering Supervisor

**Amentum is seeking a Radar/Optics Engineering Supervisor to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC).**

**Essential Functions**

+ Primarily Lead Radar/Optics team activity for the Eastern Launch & Test Range (ER) to accomplish the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC) objectives and requirements
+ Guide team members in understanding company vision and principles and work in concert with other engineering and department stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of engineering activities
+ Make work assignments to ensure qualified personnel are available to meet schedules and responsibilities
+ Support engineering efforts to support sustainment, maintenance, and operation of the LTRS
+ Ensure personnel are properly trained to execute their responsibilities and receive initial and recurring guidance, coaching, mentoring, instructions, and direction needed to ensure quality and timely service
