·Strong background in weather radar and weather radar data processing

·Link budget creation and analysis

·Radar system simulation and analysis

·Development of System Requirements and Subsystem Requirements Flowdown (Hardware, Firmware, Software)

·Compliance Matrix

·Verification Plans for System and Subsystems

·Verification Testing

·Schedule development and maintenance, create work arounds to keep programs on schedule

·Software/Firmware System Architecture, Block Diagrams, Flow Charts and Verification

·Stay abreast of new technology publications, competitor products and originate articles promoting the company and professional capabilities

·Seek out and submit proposals for new business to grow the R&D base

·Grow team through new hires, as sales permit, and proactive mentoring and training
