This pivotal role involves fostering expertise, ensuring competency, and driving quality improvement within our cutting-edge Cath Lab and related cardiovascular areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Educational Leadership: Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive educational programs for Cath Lab staff, including Rad Techs, RNs, and CVTs. This includes developing and managing the Cath Lab 101 training program for Rad Techs.
• Competency Management: Oversee the ongoing review, revision, and management of staff clinical competencies. Conduct regular evaluations to identify learning needs and coordinate targeted training opportunities.
