**Job Title: Racker (3rd shift)**

**Job Description**

The racker prepares parts for the production process and supports machine operators as needed. This role focuses on working with mostly small parts, securely wiring or clipping them to racks, and transporting the racks to the appropriate department for processing while maintaining accuracy and adherence to production guidelines.

Shift: 10pm to 6:30am (Train on 2nd shift 3 - 4 weeks)

OT 1 - 2 hours

$19/hr

**Responsibilities**

+ Determine the priority of jobs and begin preparing parts for processing based on production needs.
+ Select the appropriate racking procedure according to the size, shape, and quantity of objects to be processed.
+ Wire or clip objects securely to racks or hoists to ensure safe and efficient processing.
+ Remove parts from racks or bars after processing and handle them carefully to prevent damage.
