We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to liaise with supply chain partners and internal teams to obtain quotes, calculate costs and submit accurate quotations. 
The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of works, maintaining clear audit trails and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and progress Work Orders daily through to completion in line with contractual SLAs.
Process all additional, recommended and out-of-scope works requiring client authorisation within agreed timeframes.
Plan and coordinate Work Orders with supply chain, operations and commercial teams.
Obtain quotes from supply chain partners and direct labour to prepare accurate cost submissions.
Submit quotations using agreed templates and contractual rates within SLA requirements.
Maintain accurate and timely updates of Work Order progression within CAF...
